My toddler likes to help daddy and play with anything daddy has, including this scale. So far my toddler has been unable to break the scale.The small size made it easy to store or take with us if necessary.Since it was battery operated, we did not need to plug it in to use it, meaning we could use it on the go. The batteries last forever! I don't think we have replaced the batteries once since we bought it, and my husband uses it tons.
