I personally replaced it with a higher walled teflon weigh boat with a fully flat bottom. The tweezers are tweezers, not much to say there - they are stainless steel with a sharp tip allowing small amounts of sample to be scooped but since they are stainless powder sticks to them pretty significantly, so for my uses I replaced them with a teflon tipped pair of the same size.
